BoxedIrc is an mIRC-ish IRC client for Microsoft Windows with support for multiple servers and DCC. The goal is to have a simple and small IRC client that has everything mIRC has but under the GPL and with multiple server support, says the web page. How small and mIRC are compatible is not made clear.
